I can’t help myself, I actually read a blog this morning and then read the posts from the great unwashed about the new music infused format of the show.. blah blah fuckin’ blah. Shut up and listen. You know what you’re in for. You know what you tune in to hear, sit back and shut up and listen.

Mark hates Obama because he’s black, or so it’s asserted by this douche. So is Bettis. And come to think of it, 1/2 of Hines Ward… but he loves Ben and Sid. Wow (dripping with sarcasm) maybe he’s right? Clearly Mark Madden has an anti-black/pro-white agenda. Douche.
Clearly Pittsburgh Sports Talk Radio and Political Talk Radio don’t play nice together.
So what did you think about the first show on FM yesterday? Unlike tons of Pens fans lately rushing to condem the Pens for a less than stellar start to the season, I’m not ready to judge the new show and it’s new format. I’ll give it some time to grow on me. It was great to hear Mr. Madden once more and louder than ever. And I’m very happy to see the show’s going to be more true to Mark’s colors than Radio Disney would have ever let hime be.

“Madden returns
Mark Madden returned to radio yesterday on WXDX-FM (105.9) with a show that will be heard week days from 3-6 p.m. Madden had been off the air since being taken off the radio at 1250 ESPN in late May.
According to a statement released by WXDX, the show will be a mix of sports talk, pop culture and music. The show will be extended on most week-day nights to coincide with the start of the Penguins pregame show.” - Smizik/Post-Gazette/Real Insightful
Obviously inspired by Mr. Madden’s new home on Pittsburgh Penguins flagship station 105.9, I’ve been quickly working to put together a new and improved site in the hopes that we will hear a return of the real Mr. Friday Afternoon, Joe from Belleville.
I’ve heard no confirmation of any kind but I’m certainly hopeful that next week Mark and Joe will be together once more, this time in full FM modulation.
